In order to be able to participate in the Virtual DAAD Winter School 2021 (8 am EST, 2 pm CEST), you will need a PC, tablet or cell phone with access to the Internet. Furthermore, you will need a

  • camera,
  • microphone or headset,
  • video conferencing tool ZOOM (we will send the link to the conference room to you via e-mail) installed.

We recommend to use preferably a PC to have a stable connection.

Make sure to be on time since the winter school is a transnational event and participants from all over the world, i. e. different time zones, are going to participate.

Since we are going to communicate with each other virtually, we all need to follow some politeness rules when communicating with other on the Internet. You might have a closer look to some of them here.
