Assos. Prof. Dr. Ani Melkonyan-Gottschalk
Ani has completed her habilitation (Venia Legendi) on Climate Change Influences on (Agro)Economy. She received her PhD at the University of Duisburg-Essen, on the topic “Statistical Analysis of Long-Term Air Pollution in, Germany”. Her Master Thesis was related to mathematical modeling in economy, completed at the Yerevan State University. Dr. Melkonyan has published more than thirty scientific publications and monographs, organized new teaching programs and supervised PhD and Master Theses.
Currently, she is a scientific director and private lecturer at the University of Duisburg-Essen. In 2018, she was a visiting professor at Oklahoma University where she held a position as an international collaborating consultant for NASA’s LCLUC Program.
